Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh orange juice
  • 0.5 oz rosemary syrup add 0.25 oz for more sweetness
  • 2 oz soda water

Instructions
 

  • Add gin, lemon juice, orange juice, and rosemary syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake until cold—about 10–12 seconds.
  • Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Give it a gentle stir.
  • Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a citrus wheel.

The Twist

Use grapefruit juice instead of orange. It adds a refreshing edge that plays really well with rosemary.
