Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 5 fresh cranberries
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • Soda water to top

Instructions
 

  • In a shaker, muddle the fresh cranberries with rosemary syrup.
  • Add gin, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and ice.
  • Shake until chilled.
  • Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Garnish with candied rosemary, spun sugar, a fresh rosemary sprig, or skewered cranberries.

Add a Twist

For a slightly bitter, more complex version, add a splash of Aperol. It deepens the cranberry flavor and adds a subtle orange-citrus edge to the drink.
