Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz pine needle simple syrup
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice use a good citrus juicer

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake until well chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
