Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 thick slices of lime
  • 1 ounce orange blossom simple syrup
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • cups sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 slice Dehydrated orange wheel Can also use fresh lemon twirl or fresh mint sprig

Instructions
 

  • In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the lime slices, mint leaves, and orange blossom syrup until the mint is bruised and the lime releases its juice.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Pour the muddled mixture into the glass.
  • Add the rum and give it a good stir.
  • Top with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and a few extra mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.
