Spring Travel Style

Spring is coming. Can you feel it!? Well, I can, and I am thrilled! As much as I love winter adventures, there is nothing like the sunshine, crisp air and flowers blooming! Traveling in the Spring means that destinations are not packed with tourists yet, you can enjoy many meals outside, and you can pack much lighter!

I have some fresh Spring travel style picks for you, whether it’s a weekend trip to see an old friend or you’re heading to see the famous sights in a big city!

1. Ja Vie Flats

These cute flats are perfect for Spring travel!  Ja Vie Flats combine a soft double ply mercerized cotton knit “sock” with lightweight jelly outsoles and cushioned leather insoles, the result is a second skin fit, sophisticated style + blister free feet! We love these for long travel days and for when you want to look stylish for a long day of sightseeing.

2. Spring Scarf

You know I love my scarves, it’s a travel staple. When the weather starts to change you no longer need the thick warm plaid scarf, but it’s still chilly enough to bring along a lighter weight one. Brighten it up with color or keep it calm with pastels. I love this pretty linen one that is plaid and pastel!

Linen Blend Scarf $40

3. Trench Coat

Bomber jackets are super trendy but if you want to stick with something classic then pack a nice light weight trench coat! These jackets are great for spring. If it is still pretty cold where you are headed then wear a sweater and layer up underneath. Keep is casual with a nice pair of flats or stylish tennis shoes.

Madewell Abroad Trench Coat $135

4. Daytrippin’ Backpack

Sometimes you want to have your hands free and not carry such a load of things! A little backpack is perfect for walking tours, wandering around museums or just going out for brunch! All you need is a wallet, sunglasses, your phone and maybe a lipgloss.

Faux Suede Mini Backpack $40

5. Bold Accessories

Don’t forget to grab some fun accessories to add to the mix. You can keep your travel outfits more simple for easier packing and just add bold accessories to turn jeans and a t-shirt into a more put together look. Believe it or not, accessories will also help you look a little better on photos too, so don’t forget to get in the photos!

6. Skin Care Travel Sized

The best thing about a starter kit, is that it’s travel size! You don’t have to be new to Kiehl’s to buy their starter kit, but if you are new then this is a great way to try them or any beauty line. Before your next trip buy a starter kit of the brand you already use so you don;t have to bring the large bottles or try a new product line (but only if you think your skin will be fine).

Kiehl’s Starter Kit $50

7. Stella Dot Travel Jewelry Box

Everyone always wonders how to pack jewelry and while there are a few simple ways, but this travel jewelry box is one way to keep your accessories from becoming a big mess. Not to mention we love the arrow print in the new collection from Stella Dot.

That jewelry box is genius! I always have the WORST time undoing all my jewelry that gets tangled up and matted together when I travel. Buying that now!

Also love those flats and need an option that aren’t Tieks (adore my Tieks but can only afford a new pair every so often!).
